MI Ultima Carta!

Well I cant believe that ive arrived to this point now in my mission my last week my last monday my last email. But as ive said before theres many few things that last forever in life. Sooner or later you have to arrive at the end of things and yeah now im here.

The last few weeks have been really wierd and diffrent and everything for those reasons i havent been putting up emails and everything. All has been going well in our area and with the branch here its been real difficult but at the same time thats just part of the journey and mission and its been a good way to finish i feel.

Really me and my companion have felt like theres alot of need for service here as ive said before so weve been doing that every once and a while and thats been fun and also tiring but you feel good at the end of the day!

Me and my companion built a chicken coop for a older lady
made of wood and scrap metal she had on her land.
Other then that me and my companion did have a good experience especial for my last saturday we were able to have a baptisim. Her name is Esperanza which in english is (Hope). Shes a real nice lady in her late 30s has 3 sons and just lives with 2 of them. Well one of her sons named Rafa was baptized about 4 months ago hes real awesome in church has 17 years old just went to efy here and everything.

Well she has been with the missionarys for about 6 months now but had finally decided to hit the waters of Baptism it was a cool thing to see even more because her son was the one who was able to Baptize her. I cant put the picture up because its on a diffrent memory and where im writing doesnt have a insert for it but it was a good experice and a good way i think to pass my last saturday in honduras!

Other then that weve been just working with the president of the branch helping him to stay motaved and just helping the other quorms and organazation to plan actividades and everything with us now being in the begging of the year and all.

The whole zone!
Well really i dont have much else to say other then ill be seeing you in 3 days sounds crazy but yeah the 2 years are up its crazy to think that two years ago in January 2015 i was saying goodbye to all my family friends and everything i knew to go to another country to learn and speak another language i didnt know and to do see and eat things that i would have never imagined. Well now two years after in January 2017 i can say that its been a great experice everything ive been able to experince i know will serve me greatly in the future and i dont regret one bit the last two years ive been able to serve here its been long but its been worth every day week month and year.

The thing i belive i can say im very grateful for is many things realy but one thing very important is that ive been able to see my testimony grow through seeing the testimony of others be found or seeing them recieve there testimony. Many ask how many converts you had well i can say ive had many or really ive only had one and that me the gospel converted all the other but i was really able to be my personal convert in one way or another thoughout the two years and to see and feel all the changes that ive had is something as i said that ill take with me forever and that im very greatfuly for.
Im also very greatful for my famlily Mom Dad and also freinds who have supported me throughout the last two years Thank You All:

Its a long road
and you never know whos there on the other side waiting to hear the message.
Ill finish with my testimony:  After two long years with out a doubt i know this is the only true church here on earth. I know that we have a living profet that is guided by god himself and also we 12 apostles just like in the times of Jesuscrist. I know that the Book of Morman is True that with the bible we have all of the restored gosple. I know the Temple is the house of the Lord and were familys can be together forever. I testify that Jesuscrist is our savior that through his attonement we can all return to the precense of him and god and live with them for the eternity. I know Joesph smith was a profet that helped restore the gospel here on earth. With or without us as members the church will go on but the thing most important that we can do is really look for way every day to grow the kindom of god. I know all these things to be true and many more in the name of our lord and savior Jesus Crist. Amen.

I Love you all and I love the mission really its been something unexplainable. I cant wait to see you all on Thursday once again thank you all for the support and look forward to seeing you soon!

La Ultima Semana del Año!

Well time is just flying by we can all say adios or goodbye to the year 2016 its so crazy how time works. 2016 was filled of many ups and down fun things and some things not so fun but i cant complain overall everything went pretty well!

Well they changed are pday again for the holiday the holidays here are real intereseting because no one does anything everyone is pretty much at home but no one want to talk to you and everything pretty much is drinkning they even put a rule on us for today that we have to be in our house after 6 at night so i guess that cool more or less.

Im not in the city so i wont get to see many fireworks anyways its just a small pueblo i think eaither way that everyone is just going to go to be and yeah. Well this week wasa pretty good its wierd running weeks pretty much monday to friday and not tuesday to saturday but it was  a good week.

Me and my compnaion have being doing alot of service which i really enjoy and has i have told my companion its something ive done quite a bit though my whole mission but my last weeks i want to be giving service at least one or two times. Normally we just go from like 7 in the morning till lunch and we can get alot done its been awesome.

A Church service Project we did Here (Helping Hands)

In small towns or where im at its really poor and theres alot of old people that can use some type of service so weve been focusing on that and everything well. Here we have alot of investagators more or less the work is real hard here no one really wants to talk to us but we had planned two baptisims for today but one we moved a little farther out the other one is a small child but hes super active and smart named Javier hes getting baptized in like a hour yeah it should be great!

Me and my companion mud painted a house for a older lady!
So everything is going well i cant belive i only have 20 days left just 20 days im excited and ready at the same time will be a little sad but i really feel that ive completed and still completing these last 20 days what i was sent to do and thats what feels the best inside to know.

Anyways i got to go i love and miss you all have a great and HAPPY NEW YEAR 2017. I hope there is great things to come for everyone just two emails left!!! Love you all have a great week!

Nunca Hay Un Día Aburrido En La Misión!

Well This last month that i got left the schedule and everything that they have us on is a little crazy and difficult to explain so if the emails come in on wierd day sorry it just holiday time and we have alot of events and stuff going on in the mission. Eaither way I only got like 4 emails lefT=)

Well let me tell you the mission never gives you a day to rest and there is always many different things going on and well you could say that honduras yeah after 23 months is taking a tole on my gringo body! Ive been pretty sick for the last few months mainly with stomach problems well with that not getting any better and other small things I had a meeting and he said he had one last special mision for me and with the change it will help me put up with the last month of stomach problems because the weather and everything is alot different!

Sorry i cant rotate the pic but MERRY CHRISTMAS

It was a tough thing to do to have to say goodbye to Amapala a place I truly loved and everything but i know one day ill go back and visit and sometimes the lord just has other plans for you! So yep im in a different are now its called Moroceli a very small pueblo in the middle of no where about a hour outside the capital of tegucigalpa.

Its a branch that was stong a few months back with a assistence of around 80 but theres has been a few problems and has been down in the 30s for assistence and on the branch president there for priesthood holders. So i was told i may only have one month left but i have alot of work to do.

Here were in the desert haha but the cold desert its weird i imagine its a large part that i just came from a place that was in the 100s and up everyday now im in like the 70s and 80s and at night worse i sleep in a hoodie pants and a big blanket and feel like im going to freeze to death. But the heat was giving me problems with rashes and other things so now here i wont have to deal with that. My companion is new about 4 months he has and only week more than me in the area so its like were opening the area its been fun and interesting and busy. Hes from the republica dominicana he cool we get along well.

My new comp a little crazy but cool!

Anyways im going to leave you all with that info then well talk next week getting you some more info. Its been a little crazy and stressfull but im pushing along and hey before you know it ill be home 23 months down just 1 more to go sounds so crazy to say that but its real!!!

Welcome to Moroceli!

I love you guys miss you all thanks for your support love and prayers i can feel it all the way from here. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas or un Feliz Navidad! I look forward to talking to you all tomorrow and yeah enjoy the season!

Muchas Sorpresas Y los Cambios!

Well well well the mission is filled with many diffrent suprises and fun. And thats how this week has been alot! I know i said that on my last change i was going to do like a pass over of my mission on the blog and all that but i changed my mind i have so much to write and talk about thats going on here in amapala ill just finish writing out about all the stories and everything going on here in my area!

Well the end of last week was filled with good and bad things i guess you could say. Weve been just been recieving alot of problems with who was out old group lider and also some recent converts and just things like that its all been taken care of now but its been a big head ace.

The awesome things is that this past saturday we did have our big activity and we also had a baptisim! It was awesome it would a youth or young adult of 18 years old named Alejandro! Hes a cousin of this really awesome family on the island that takes care of us a ton! It was a great experience for the family and for everyone.

Alejandro Me and my companion!
Then the following day we truthfully knew that my compànion was going to have changes so it  was kindof sad haha we had alot of good memories and things we did. I almost want to say with all the companions and experiences and everything that i had he was probably my faviorite  and probably even with all the trials and problems the best change yet.

The Baptisim Spot!!
Now we just have to see this new change and how it goes. Well just when things cant get anymore crazy or anything well changes come up they call us on monday my companion head to a far area and they tell me well your going to be training a new missionary! The first time ever in the history of Amapala as well that a missionary has trained so it was pretty nerve racking and stuff.

Well changes comes we get up to tegucigalpa for changes and everything. I dont know why but i said to my self watch there going to give me a gringo or american hes not going to know spanish nothing. ahha Well something like that my new companion is named Elder Silva! Hes from Brazil! He speaks portugues i couldnt belive it hes been speaking spanish for one month now and he doesnt really know english eaither!

The things that is good is spanish and portugues are really simaluar so the month he had in the mtc helped him alot he knows quite a bit but asks me to tell him things alot it cool and fun! Im excited to finish with  a brazilano companion and maybe learn a little portugues at the same time. It should be fun training and should make the time fly by real fast!

My last companion Elder Silva from Brazil!
I cant belive its coming to a end yeah 42 more days then ill be home im not sure how to feel but im just going to keep on pushing along until the last day! Everything is going great I love you all miss you all and well talk to you next week!

Se Robaron Mi Gyrobo!

Hello everyone i hope that all are doing well. Once again im here writing and saying wow how fast went by the week again! Some of you may be wondering why as i writing on wensday now the thing is that we had interviews today the whole zone so our meeting day got changed a little but just for this week!

Well this was once again a really good week i cant complain im loving it. Its still pretty hard and everything here but im pretty sure it was meant to be that i finish here. I cant belive yeah the change is pretty much over just this week and like 3 days next week and it seems to look like ill be getting a new companion and ill be on my last change my last 6 weeks! WOW i never though I would say that!

Anyways back to the biz this week was good and normall with all the visits. The church is really coming together here its been awesome to see the changes and everything and i think it will make a huge difference in the end with a lot of things!

Well a quick story well me and my companion we talking about catching and eating a gyrobo which is like a big lizard that is here well we came back to the church in the afternoon.  Anyways  we have gyrobos in our roof big ones i think there family well i was walking around the house and i saw one on the roof. WEll my companion was in the bathroom.

So i scared it down and ran all around the house i was chaseing it and the truth try to smash it with a rock to eat it for dinner finally it climbed over a little wall and i had it traped in front of the church yeah. I was calling for my comp but he was still in the bathroom well. I was scared to grab it alone right i luckly see some kids walking by tell them to help me! In the end i grabed it and the thing is the kids wanted to take it but i said sorry its mine haha. Well to finish the story me and my companion tie it up with rope and put it in a bucket with a piece of metal no way it can get out! (We were going to take it to a member after to eat it)

Well we leave it there in the bucket cool right well come back in 1 hour .... The gyrobo is gone no where to be seen no way it escaped! it was tied up! And if it broke free at the least we would have seen the rope in the bucket nope! Our gyrobo got stolen! yep those little freaking kids climbed over the fence theres a spot that doesnt have bob wire and they took it it has to be! I imagine because you can sell it for money. I was a little sad my gyrobo i worked so hard to catch got stolen but hey what you going to do.. Thats my story!

Anyways to finish on Monday we stayed on the island it was great with some members we climbed up the mountain on the island its super high like 3 hours climbing up but it was awesome up thereç and you can see everything! It was a good p-day!

Good news if all goes well were having a baptisim on saturday and a big activity on the beach it should be super fun and good! WEll ill be writing on thursday and my emails or blog will be a little diffrent im going to do a recap of my last areas until my last week when i make it to this area just a lot of pictures and stuff youll enjoy it! Love you all be safe and talk to you next Thursday!

Feliz Acción de Gracias!

Well first thing is first HAPPY THANKSGIVING to ALL! Sadly here this holiday is not celebrated for dinner it will be the same as always beans rice chesse tortilla maybe fish that would be cool. Anyways the point is that i hope all enjoy the turkey mash potatos pies and the football! Next year ill be there enjoying it all with you guys.

Well this week i dont know i feel like ive hit the part like in the other area were you get acostume to the area and know all the people that you visit so its like you did alot but because it wasent something very new you think its not something to talk about. I hope you understood that.

This week was good though we had to finish up a little bit more on the church but now its all done and thats that matters. The new little house we have is great it feels so much diffrent but in a good way to be in a diffrent house or out of the church!

Picture of the small island we went to!
Other then that weve been finding alot more new people but its still been a little difficult here and there but we got  a few things yeah rolling along well. The same goes for the members some are progressing and others just dont want much to do with us for things past missionarys have done so we continue trying to help them and hope they change in the future not much else we can do there.

Its been abandones for a while!
Well kindof a short email this week sorry not too much i can think of right now. Me and my companion are doing well the church is doing well and the time is flying by haha. This next week ill be writing on Wensday because thats the day were going to have our quarterly interiviews in the zone.

P-day was good my camera died but im going to see if i can get some pictures from my companions camera but we went with part of the zone to some islitas or little islands off the coast of amapala. Where no one lives just like small little islands we contracted a little boat to take us and we played volleyball and soccer on the island we ate and everything it was fun. Also cool thing is there was another small island next to it but that island is a cematery. Imagine a funeral but instead of a bunch of cars it could be a bunch of little boats going to the little island ill add a picture.

Happy Thanks Giving (Sparkling cyder and cookies)
Anyways have a great week love and miss you all i hope you hear about your thanks giving and well talk next week!
